Frequently asked questions
Does every workstation need a terminal?
Not necessarily. We start with bottleneck stations and the points that determine yield, then extend on observed gain. Full deployment from day one is expensive and runs into team adoption.
Our routings are out of date.
That's the general case, and it isn't a blocker for starting. We begin from the times you have, however approximate, then correct them with real declarations from the first weeks. Waiting for perfect routings before starting means never starting.
Can we manage batch and serial traceability?
Yes, it's standard Odoo, with expiry dates where the product requires them. The thing to watch is capture: as long as a batch number is typed by hand, traceability stays fragile. We put barcode scanning at the station.
