ARTEC INT is an Algerian limited liability company founded in 2015 in Annaba — an industrial city if ever there was one. The founding team came out of the Algerian university system and international experience in demanding industries — energy, steel, food processing — where you quickly learn that software ignoring shop-floor constraints doesn't get deployed: it gets worked around.
That starting point set our position. We are neither a licence reseller nor a development agency: we cover the whole chain, from rebuilding a process to the dashboard that measures its effect. It is a demanding territory, and it is ours.
Today our teams work from Algiers and Annaba for industrial groups and mid-sized companies in Algeria, with projects delivered across Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Our reference list — Sonatrach, Cevital, ABB, GE, Yassir among others — says one simple thing: very different organisations trust us with the same problem, connecting their operations to their decisions.
