Capabilities

Business intelligence and performance management

One version of the numbers. Available before the meeting, not after.

The symptom you'll recognise

Two departments arrive at a meeting with two different figures for the same indicator, and the session becomes an argument about method instead of a decision. Monthly reporting burns several person-days of manual consolidation. Last month's numbers arrive too late to change anything.

Executive teams are not short of data, they are short of agreement about data. We build the layer that reconciles the sources — ERP, finance, operations, shop floor — and produces indicators whose definitions are written down, shared, and not renegotiated in the room.

No commitment — you leave with an order of magnitude.

What we do

Data warehouse and integration

Automated collection from your source systems, historisation and modelling. The end of manual exports and start-of-month spreadsheet consolidation.

KPI definition

Substantive work with your departments to fix how each indicator is calculated. OEE, unit cost or service level stop being debatable once the definition is written and signed off.

Dashboards by altitude

Distinct views for shop-floor control, middle management and the executive team. Each level gets what it can act on, at the frequency it can act.

Analysis and decision support

Root-cause analysis, comparison across sites and lines, drift detection. The point is to move from monthly post-mortem to in-period correction.

What you receive

Deliverables, not promises

  • KPI dictionary signed off by the departments concerned
  • Automatically fed data warehouse
  • Operational, tactical and executive dashboards
  • Scheduled reports distributed automatically
  • Training so your teams can build their own views

Frequently asked questions

Do we need an ERP in place before doing BI?

No, but source quality determines result quality. If your data is scattered, we start with a narrow, reliable perimeter rather than a complete dashboard fed by questionable numbers.

Which tools do you use?

We fit the tool to the context rather than the reverse: capabilities already in your ERP, commercial BI platforms, or open-source components — depending on your licensing, hosting and in-house skill constraints.

Can the data stay hosted locally?

Yes. Hosting on your own infrastructure or with a local provider is both possible and common, particularly where contractual or sector rules require it.
