Data migration is underestimated
The leading cause of failure. We treat it as a project in its own right: extraction, cleansing, repeated trial loads, and joint reconciliation with your teams before cutover.
Odoo Silver Partner
Partner status can be verified on Odoo's site. The difference shows in your processes.
Odoo covers a company's complete management — sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, payroll, HR — in one open-source system, without per-module licence stacking. ARTEC INT is an Odoo Silver Partner deploying the ERP for industrial and service companies from our Algiers and Annaba offices. Our specificity: we know how to connect Odoo to the shop floor, not just the office.
The perimeter we deploy
Pipeline, quotations, price lists and customer terms, customer portal.
Purchase requests, supplier tenders, receipts and invoice control.
Multi-warehouse, lots and serial numbers, expiry dates, cycle counting.
Bills of materials, work orders, work centres, shop-floor declarations.
Chart of accounts adapted to Algerian requirements, assets, financial statements.
Employee records, leave, expenses, payroll configured to local regulation.
CMMS: equipment, preventive and corrective work orders, history.
Control points, non-conformities, action plans.
The leading cause of failure. We treat it as a project in its own right: extraction, cleansing, repeated trial loads, and joint reconciliation with your teams before cutover.
Twelve modules on day one means twelve simultaneous change-management projects. We start with the subset that fixes your most expensive problem, then extend on a system already adopted.
Too much custom code makes upgrades impossible; too little forces workarounds. Every development we ship is documented and justified by a need the standard product does not cover.
An ERP lives on: versions, fixes, new needs. Our support contracts set response times by criticality, and the documentation guarantees your reversibility.

For small and mid-sized companies, Odoo offers the best balance of functional coverage, licence cost and adaptability: the software is open source, scope extends module by module, and you are captive to neither publisher nor integrator. In some contexts — very large groups already equipped, highly specific sector requirements — another choice can be right, and we'll say so at scoping.
Community is free but covers neither full accounting, nor payroll, nor advanced scheduling. Enterprise adds those modules, publisher support and Odoo.sh hosting. We cost both options at scoping; the right choice depends on your perimeter, not on doctrine.
Yes. Odoo can run on your own infrastructure or with an Algerian host, which we recommend where sovereignty or connectivity constraints require it. The publisher's cloud remains an option for perimeters suited to it.
Yes, with configuration adapted to Algerian regulation — contributions, income tax, declarations — which we set up and keep current with your HR team and your accountant. It is serious configuration work, not a module to switch on.
No technical minimum. Our smallest deployments run around ten users. Below that the question is economic: we will tell you honestly whether your volume justifies an ERP or whether lighter tooling is enough.
Yes — it is a frequent request. We audit what exists — configuration, custom code, data quality — then hand you a diagnosis: what can be fixed, what must be redone, and what it costs. Rescue is often cheaper than a full restart.
Scoping, a second opinion on a quote, or the rescue of a struggling deployment: a conversation with a certified consultant to see clearly.
No commitment — you leave with an order of magnitude.
